Overall, how would you describe your experience at Balfour Beatty?
Excellent! The application and interview process was very smooth. Since joining the business, I have nothing but good things to say. Everyone has been really friendly and happy to answer any questions. My line manager is very supportive and understanding which helps massively.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
As I only joined the business at the beginning of September, I am yet to have huge amounts of responsibility directed to me. However, my current favourite responsibility is to create a cost report for the month and to analyse any anomalies.

When considering the recruitment & onboarding process, have you any specific tips or advice you would give to others applying to Balfour Beatty?
Try to understand the role you are applying for more than just seeing it as a finance role. Look into the current projects that Balfour Beatty are working on and try to think of answers to general interview questions that incorporate this new knowledge.
