Trainee MEP Cost Consultant Review

As a Trainee MEP Cost Consultant within the Residential team at Arcadis, I support the delivery of cost management services for mechanical, electrical and public health building services projects. My role involves assisting with the production of cost plans, benchmarking exercises, market testing, cost analysis and project reporting. On a day-to-day basis, I work with cost data, support live project deliverables, engage with suppliers and manufacturers for market testing, and develop my understanding of MEP systems and cost management processes. During my internship, I have also attended project meetings and undertaken site visits, including visits to a live data centre project.
