What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?

I was honoured to be invited to my team's Christmas party, despite only being the intern for the week! I think this speaks to the great culture at Ashurst.

What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Ashurst

My advice would be that the teams at Ashurst truly wnat you to perform at your best and there genuinely nobody 'out to get you' during the process. I would have appreciated hearing that as I moved through the stages!
