Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.

I attended the Ashurst Insight Day, where throughout the day I attended various sessions regarding the firms practice. There was also a break where I networked with the trainees and other professionals.

Very insightful and interesting, I left with a lot of understanding of the firm and the job roles.

Company Culture

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?

I really loved the culture and general atmosphere. Everyone was very friendly, from HR to trainees to solicitors. I even had a really insightful and fun conversation with one of the trainees.
