serving customers, handling reservations, delivering cars, handling queries
Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
quite a considerable amount of responsibility, i found myself closing and opening the branch in my first week which was a surprise, and doing delivery runs on my own however this helped me learn quicker than others

To what extent did you enjoy your placement / internship?
some days were incredibly difficult however i think that’s made me get more out of it in the long run, now im about to finish i can look back and say those hard patches made me far better than i thought i would be at the job

it gets better, at the start i can feel extremely overwhelming and the long hours are difficult to adjust to, but doing so reaps so many benefits
