Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
No day was the same. A "normal" day included team meetings, client meetings, and interviews with internal subject matter experts. In between, there was a lot of researching and building decks for client workshops. Additionally, there was always some sort of cohort wide training sessions on a plethora of key areas.
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
It was quite exciting. We had the chance to meet subject matter experts across most practices and functional areas within the business, which allowed me to grasp how the company is structured and what to do to get to where I want to be at. Additionally, everyone was very open about their own experiences, and progression opportunities, both in terms of roles/responsibilities, as well as salaries. The company does a great job at helping you understand what to do to achieve your professional goals, but it is still up to each individual to network and and try to align to the desired functional area or industry.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
Incredible culture. Throughout the internship there was support from both the early careers team who were with us most days, as well as from our mentors and buddies, or anyone you reached out to. People work hard but also like to have fun and they make you feel welcome
