Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.

Over the course of the 12-month placement, I was employed as a Talent Acquisition and Community Relations Intern. In this role, I represented the organisation at multiple universities across the United Kingdom, promoting Enterprise Mobility as an employer of choice and raising awareness of its early career opportunities, including summer internships, industrial placements, and graduate schemes. 
In addition, my responsibilities within the Community Relations function involved managing and supporting several charity partnerships. This included developing and maintaining positive working relationships between Enterprise Mobility and partner organisations such as BBC Children in Need, FareShare, and The Girls’ Network, contributing to the company’s wider social responsibility initiatives.

Everyone during my placement has been a big help, as everyone is super friendly and welcoming, so that helped me branch out and speak to people for any issues.
