Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
On a day-to-day basis i was managing the amount of booking we had to ensure enough vehicles where available, answering phones and emails, going through 'red cars' which are insurance customers who have to vehicle, and also managing the volume of customers coming into the branch and helping them with their needs.
Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
Yes, i was just treated as all other employees where and done the exact same work.

Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills, or developed your existing skills?
Definitely a lot better with general computer applications through the placement and also have improved on communication skills. Alos being able to handle difficult situations with customers such as damage to vehicles, and also become a more confident person through the job.

It's a good job if you're looking to learn a lot and develop personally, but I would make them aware that it is a lot more hours to work than your standard job.
