The role involves understanding your customers and renting cars to different people and selling protection policies.

Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?

Yes from the start I was given lots of responsibility and got put straight into working and dealing with customers.

So far I am enjoying my placement - it is challenging at points trying to understand and learn new things however the team is supportive and encouraging.
