Trainee buddies and supervisors were extremely supportive. They always had time to run through work and talk about any queries I may have had.
Early Talent were always present for any questions and assistance.

To what extent did you enjoy your placement / internship?

I thoroughly enjoyed my placement scheme. I would recommend the same to anyone wishing to apply in the future.
It was very hands-on and structured and allowed for us to have a real insight into the culture and work of the firm.

What advice would you give to others applying to Winston Taylor

Be commercial. Know the firm as a business.
Be approachable. I think it is very important to be able to speak to people on the scheme as this is the best way to build your network and truly understand the work of the firm.
