A good amount from the HR team, and ensuring that needed training is given. managers too giving useful insights and advice on how to progress and make the most of it

To what extent did you enjoy your placement / internship?

It was good people to work with are enjoyable and have a good time with. Shower hours worked can make it very difficult to have a good work life balance
