Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
Serving customers renting cars, organising the fleet, selling additional optional products to customers including excess protection, upgrades and prepaid fuel. Raising claims and taking excesses of customers who return with damage. Driving around to pick up/ deliver cars
Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
Yes lots of responsibility to deal with customers and autonomy when on the road to deliver / pick up cars. Double checked things with managers a lot too

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
Good most the time: lots of fun stuff like work nights out and branch meals. Colleagues and staff were mostly very nice. Some managers could be unkind

What advice would you give to others applying to Enterprise Mobility
Good option for placement as you learn a lot however be prepared for long days (10hrs plus is common) and working weekends. Can be stressful as customer facing
