Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.

Renting cars on a personal basis, to business accounts, and in order to provide replacement vehicles to insurance customers. This involves checking customers into and out of vehicles, making and taking phone calls, sales, marketing and customer service.

Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?

Yes, the same level as a graduate.

Overall Experience

To what extent did you enjoy your placement / internship?

I enjoyed it for the most part but also struggled sometimes as you are given a high level of responsibility and it is long hours at different points of the year depending on how busy it is.
