Company Culture
What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
The Culture is Very friendly, welcoming and inclusive.
In terms of socials it is limited due to the location of the office not being near many social areas plus most people have to drive in so can't go for drinks somewhere. That said there are some social events but they are very spaced out.
The charity drive at Arcadis is good giving some time off to participate in a charity activity of your choice and they promote many opptunities to take part in charity activities
