Company Culture
What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
Expectation over asking. You are expected to do overtime without being requested, expected to work odd shift patterns that managers do not do themselves. I personally was expected and required to work 9 weeks of 11/12/13 hour shifts. Heavy sales culture, they do not accept customer free will and choice and expect you to have a rebuttle to any customer objections to the services saleable.

Overall Experience
To what extent did you enjoy your placement / internship?
1/10. While the people you work with are lovely the company is poorly operated with emphasis on targets over employee satisfaction. The pay is poor working out to £10 an hour - which is the same rate you receive for overtime while trainees receive a higher hourly rate for the same job and responsibilities. In fact the company pays outsourced car cleaners more than interns. The company expects you to sacrifice nearly all social life to stay to help the business
