How much support and guidance did you receive during your placement / internship?

Received a fair amount of support and guidance from HR but managerially I was told my learning wasn’t as important as a graduate as I was going to be leaving to go back to Uni, hence I was made to drive more and be a run around

Company Culture

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?

It varies from branch to branch, my branch was overall an okay environment, it seemed to be quite friendly and competitive but after working there for months it seemed to have turned toxic and I believe everyone spoke behind each others back (was told by colleagues and other sources)

Overall Experience

To what extent did you enjoy your placement / internship?

I met some lovely people and some good friends and the social events were fun but apart from that, the job was not worth taking a year out of university, in my branch and in a lot of branches you are made to work long hours, 50+ and then a good 30/35 of that is driving, I was told on multiple occasions that the hours are what they are and it is what it is which was quite disappointing when it lead to me working 11-00:00 one night, the lack of learning and education from the role itself wasn’t what I thought it would be and was disappointing to not be deemed important like someone who was on a graduate scheme,

What advice would you give to others applying to Enterprise Mobility

I believe 10% of the people I have met at enterprise enjoy the job, the other 90% will tell you it’s amazing to just ensure they keep managers and staff above them happy so they aren’t treated indifferently. This job takes a lot out of you, it’s a lot of driving to which you won’t learn much and limited opportunities as I was told previously graduates come first.
