Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
We had a week of training in the morning remotely and then heading off to the branch for the rest of the day. Responsibilities include taking care of returns, opening tickets for customers with reservations and making reservations too; as well as making sure the cars were safe and in optimal condition for hire.
Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
We are given a lot of responsibility, such as compensating customers for any issues on our end. We are also trusted to make sure the vehicles are in top condition as we all check cars and write log it
