Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
I support the daily operations of the business whilst gaining strong experience in many different areas including customer service and administration. On a day to day basis the role involves working hands on within the business to ensure smooth operations whilst gaining strong and valuable professional experience in key areas.
Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
This is a very hands on role. I hold much responsibility and am treated like any other member of the team, which makes this opportunity very valuable as it gives me the chance to learn and experience real life situations.
