Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
We serve customers every day and it could be retail, replacement or corporate customers. We deliver and collect cars from customers. We offer customers a pickup and ride back service. In terms of admin, we call customers to for any updates on their rentals. Drive nice cars/premiums around.
Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
Yes we are given a lot of responsibility. We get given captaincies for different sectors of the business. Leadership is key in this business.
