Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.

I have had various captaincies which range from growth and marketing, insurance tracker, vehicle operations and sales and service. Day to day I focus on pushing sales and providing excellent customer service, ensuring admin tasks have been completed.

Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?

I was given a considerable amount of responsibility during my placement. For example I was an account manager for 8 of our corporate accounts, I ran the day multiple times.

I felt I was completely took under the wing of managers, who consistently pushed me to grow and learn and supported all my wins.

Company Culture

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?

I worked at two different branches in Newcastle and the support from both teams was always incredible, everyone was in it together and made it an amazing place to work.
