Data Analysis and Research: Analyse, research, and model different data sources to provide informed recommendations for process improvements.
Presentation and Business Papers: Help with the development of presentations and papers to deliver to key regional stakeholders.
Bonus Plans: Contribute to the implementation of company bonus plans and other compensation-related initiatives.
Market Research and Design: Support market research and the design and implementation of new benefits.
Creative Communication: Utilise your creativity to produce engaging communications for our team members.
Hilton Marketplace: Manage our discount and recognition platform, liaising with providers and potential suppliers to source new offers.
Wellbeing Initiatives: Support wellbeing initiatives by creating communications for our Care for All hub and collaborating with Thrive champions to support our corporate team members.

I have improved my attention to detail, interpersonal skills, communication and research skills as part of this role.
Career relevant skills -
I have learnt many new excel skills, and vastly improved my knowledge of Microsoft products while in this role. The role also allowed me the chance to use company specific HR systems and handle sensitive people and payroll data.
