Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
Providing customers with above and beyond customer service whilst I check them in/out of vehicles.
Selling insurance or upselling additional products to customers during the check in process or whilst completing deals with customers.
Meeting deadlines and matching supply with demand in terms of fleet management.
Learning the ropes in the IT system e.g. Pre-Contact, Callbacks, Clarity Calls etc.
