Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
This role was mainly involving collections, billing, and ensuring fee accuracy across the global Hilton brand portfolio.
Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
As a senior analyst left in my team during my time at Hilton, i was given a lot more responsibility than I anticipated. However, this was incredibly rewarding as I feel I got a lot more from my placement by being challenged and taking on higher tasks.

Have you learnt any new skills, or developed your existing skills?
I would definitely say that my skills have massively developed during my time here. Mainly my communication and stakeholder management skills. I have been challenged by giving presentations and performing P&L analytics which I have never been exposed to before. This led to a lot of positive change my existing skill set.

Hilton are amazing at providing support and guidance throughout the placement as they have such a long history of having and training interns. i thought the support and understanding available made such a huge difference to my experience.
