Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.

I support the day-to-day operations of the branch by assisting customers, preparing and maintaining rental vehicles, handling administrative tasks, and helping deliver excellent customer service while gaining experience in business operations and management.

Yes, I was trusted to train and onboard new hires, support team members, and help ensure the branch ran efficiently.
