I sometimes do work late but that's more about embracing the supportive culture of my team, as everyone else does the same. But overall, people are very respectful of my own and others' free time.

Its amazing, everyone wants to help each other to attain a common goal. There is no judgement in asking questions or being your true self.

I've met all types of people here and there is never any judgement. There is also teams groups and events that educate on and celebrate various minorities which is lovely.

Why?
Its a fantastic place to work, full of nice people, good pay and benefits, interesting projects and a framework for professional growth. Also they are very lax about remote working which gives people the freedom to fit work into daily life, which is how it should be.
How well did the role match your expectations based on the recruitment process?

I'm not sure I had any concrete expectations as first. With it being my first job, I remember being very unsure of what was to come. But I'm really happy where I am now.
