Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.

• Support senior project managers in tracking and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, ensuring all critical project artifacts are kept up to date and readily accessible.
• Assist in developing and maintaining project management dashboards and reporting tools.
• Perform administrative support for project initiation.
• Managing resource implementation and tracking, including processing and reconciling timesheet submissions, ensuring accurate billing and resource utilisation reporting.
• Co-ordinating new team member onboarding processes to facilitate smooth integration into project teams and company culture.
• YPN Network Rep, helping create rapport between partners
