You're faced with an amazing Early Careers and Recruitment Team. The support networks built around you are endless. There is a wealth of knowledge, networks and experts around you; all with unique experiences and interest

The independency over your own career is quite powerful. You are never 'locked' into one career pathway, instead you get to leverage all the resources CGI has to offer and more, to mould yourself and career into what you desire.

When considering the recruitment & onboarding process, have you any specific tips or advice you would give to others applying to CGI?
It may take a while to be put onto an assessment centre. I did not end up getting the role I interviewed for, but found a much more suitable role a few weeks later thanks to the recruitment team that matched me.
