Brand Marketing Intern Review

Working across partnerships, campaigns and live experiences. I help to deliver end-to-end marketing activity - from campaign copy and CRM to on-the-ground event execution - creating engaging content that connects Hilton with culturally relevant moments.

I was given a great deal of ownership from early on, contributing meaningfully to campaigns and activations, with strong support from a encouraging and collaborative team.

I’ve developed my skills in campaign execution, content creation and stakeholder management, particularly across partnerships and live activations. I’ve also strengthened my ability to write for different channels - from CRM to social - while ensuring all output is creative and in the right tone of voice for the brand.

I received a high level of support throughout my internship. This included regular weekly team catch-ups, weekly one-to-one sessions with my director, and quarterly intern catch-ups. The team was highly communicative and approachable, meaning I always felt comfortable asking questions and seeking guidance when needed.

The company culture was collaborative, supportive and fast-paced, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and open communication. Alongside day-to-day work, the wider office culture was very engaging, with initiatives such as quarterly socials, a company-wide ball and Team Member Appreciation Week, which helped create a positive and inclusive environment.

I really enjoyed my internship and found it both rewarding and enjoyable from start to finish. The experience, team and culture have made it somewhere I’ve loved being part of, and I’m sad to be leaving!
