Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.

As a branch trainee, I support the daily running of the branch through customer service, vehicle preparation, rental administration, and sales. My role involved assisting customers, prompting protections, handling enquires and working with the team to ensure efficiency

Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?

Yes i was given level of responsibility through my placement so far. I was trusted to assist customers independently, and handle administrative tasks, and contributing to daily branch operations.

Have you learnt any new skills, or developed your existing skills?

Through the training provided during my first week at enterprise, I developed my understanding of customer service, sales techniques, vehicle rental procedures, and branch operations. The training also helped improve my confidence when in handling day to day responsibilities.

To what extent did you enjoy your placement / internship?

So far i have enjoyed my placement as it has provided me real world business environment. I enjoy interaction with customers and continuing to grow my skills throughout my internship.
