You are required to provide excellent customer service to every customer. It allows you to develop your skills in leadership, sales, customer service and responsibility.
Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
You get a good amount of training before you start which is very helpful as when you are first put into the office you are within the busy vibrant surroundings. The responsibility grows throughout the placement but the company trusts you and wants you to succeed.

There could not have been more support. Within my first week I was given specific contacts of who to contact if I had any type of issue. My area manager was also so warm and welcoming and calmed any nerves I had

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
The company is extremely focused on customer service. This doesn’t just help them but customers would be nicer and more patient to staff when our customers felt heard.
