Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.

Assisting in returns, picks ups and vehicle checks. Basically learning what other members of staff are doing on a day to day and assisting with any tasks required. Serving customers, sales and learning leadership are key tasks.

Yes, a lot and expected to do the same as any other staff member

Plenty of contact details given to email before hiring process, manager and staff are helpful and are all used to interns, many are interns themselves, so no issues with asking for help.

What advice would you give to others applying to Enterprise Mobility

Be friendly and talkative to customers and staff, get stuck in and ask lots of questions. First few weeks are hectic but you pick up on a lot of skills and always ask to shadow people at the beginning.
