Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.

Management Trainees operate within the branches of the business and help with day-to-day services, such as customer check-ins, returns and answering the phone to deal with any queries.

Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?

There is an incentive for each member of staff to take accountability for their work, which was a refreshing change from university and created a healthy culture in the workplace

I have certainly developed an understanding of a new, fast-paced industry, and all of the different areas which create a successful company. I have also enjoyed developing my customer-facing skills on a daily basis

Good company culture, strong focus on ethics and customer service, as well as employee well-being. It is evident that the organisation wants you to go far within the business, and they make it clear that it is within their interest to see you learn new skills and succeed.
