Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
Renting cars to customers and selling different insurance policies, fuels, upgrades, and if the customer wants to be picked up or dropped off. checking car returns, doing boot-to-boot searches for damage.
Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
A lot of responsibility to have good customer service and be able to sell options to customers, and help customers if they have damage claims. Looking after customers and giving the best customer service as possiple it one of the key aspects of this internship.
