Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
In my internship at Enterprise Mobility, I have learned about the day-to-day running of the branch and how important customer service and teamwork are within this role. On a daily basis, I help answer the phones, interact with customers, assist the rental process and learn how to use the systems used within this business.
Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
Although I am still training, I have been given the responsibility in assisting customers, answering calls and supporting the day-to-day running of the branch.
