Yeah the company really try's to push you on further and wants you to take on the responsibility for yourself.

Have you learnt any new skills, or developed your existing skills?
I have developed a higher level of customer service as well as understanding a new way to target sales. The job also forces you to develop a new understanding for risk management and how these risks, if not looked after, can be detrimental to the profitability of your branch.
