What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
Good company culture, strong focus on ethics and customer service, as well as employee wellbeing. It is evident that the organisation wants you to go far within the business and they make it clear that it is within their interest to see you learn new skills and succeed. Lots of CSR opportunities as well, and lots of social events with the team.
