Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
Manages customers information, did sold rental cars/vans to customers, made boot to boot checks, etc. Just made sure the process was as smooth as possible for the customer when they came to get a rental car.
Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
Yes quite a bit of responsibility, but we were trained properly to know how to handle such responsibility.
