Management placement. giving outstanding customer service, maintaining branch admin is at a minimum, workplace skills, marketing to businesses and accounts, chasing debt and accounts, selling protections.

yes , managed accounts, my own time table including joining training and meetings both on teams ands in person

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
I have enjoyed working at enterprise so much, the culture is very intense but extremely positive and supportive. Constant promotion opportunities for people and career development opportunities. Atmosphere differs depending on the branch but its very inclusive and friendly

To what extent did you enjoy your placement / internship?
by the end of my placement i would rate it 10/10, very hard work and long hours but i look forward to coming to work with my team and there are always rewards and days out, training and presentations to break up the work week

Say yes to every opportunity and network as much as possible to get the most out of the year and make lots of friends, i feel so much more set up for final year at university now
