As a Talent Acquisition Intern, I supported with the scheduling of interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Facilitated with assessment centres and the external inbox.

How much support and guidance did you receive during your placement / internship?

During the placement I received monthly one to ones with my line manager. I received daily guidance and feedback. Hilton provides a lot of support and all members of staff are happy to help you.

Company Culture

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?

Hilton has an amazing culture. Everybody is so friendly. We have quarterly socials which keep the office lively. We have events that run throughout the year such as Travel with Purpose Week and Team Member Appreciation weeks.
