Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
General involvement of all aspects of daily rental. Including:
- Delivering and collecting cars and vans between branches and to customer houses and businesses.
- delivering a high level of customer service on phones and in person
- checking customers into vehicles
- Checking vehicles for damage
- All Types of admin such as chasing debt, customer feedback calls, speaking to body shops etc

Lots of responsibility. Especially starting in a small branch as 1 of the 5 employees you are responsible for helping run the branch very hands on

Overall Experience
To what extent did you enjoy your placement / internship?
I enjoyed most days working especially with the teams I have worked with. The age range of your colleagues is very similar to you as an intern so you can build some great friendships. Hours can be long depending on how busy the day is - although the time does fly by as there is always tasks to do

What advice would you give to others applying to Enterprise Mobility
It is not an easy job by any means however you do need challenges and discomfort to grow. You will be so much more confident in a work environment and personally by the end of the year.
