Management intern Review

At enterprise mobility my job role was being trained to become a manager this started of with learning how to deal with customers, weather that be on the phone or in real life. We then would focus on sales how to pitch policies to customers and suit there needs. After learning all of this I then went on to learn the numbers of the branch, those being profits and costs through statements which are reviewed often. People management was a massive skill also learned how to manage the team and fleet to provide well ran days.

During my internship I was giving loads of responsibilities such as managing the entire fleet of cars, conducting statement reviews of the businesses profits and loses and dealing with customers needs aswel.

Data analysis, customer service and sales

I received a lot of support both in branch from managers and fellow employees and also outside of the branch when going to head office or having calls from them.

It was good very sales focused and numbers focused

I enjoyed the placement a lot, I got to drive and text out new cars and help people.
