Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
Communicating with a large customer base whether that is retail, insurance or corporate customers. Meeting sales goals and branch targets. Completing captaincy roles for different areas of the business. Whist ensuring excellent customer service is always provided.
Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
Yes I completed all captaincy roles in my branch where each month I was responsible for a different area of the business for my branch. This covered sales, service, debt, marketing and cost control.

Have you learnt any new skills, or developed your existing skills?
I have become more confident and sure in myself. I’ve become a better communicator through the positive feedback I’ve received from customers and management. I am also definitely more of a team player than I realised and a hard worker too. I am more sure in myself when going into the job market.
