As a Management Trainee at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, my role involves supporting the day-to-day running of the branch while developing skills in customer service, sales, operations, and leadership. My responsibilities include handling vehicle reservations, preparing rental agreements, checking vehicles in and out, resolving customer queries, and ensuring vehicles are clean, safe, and ready for hire.

Yes, I was given a high level of responsibility throughout my placement. I was trusted to deal directly with customers, manage reservations independently, handle customer disputes, and support the branch in achieving targets such as customer service scores and sales performance. I also took on leadership responsibilities, including leading morning meetings, managing projects such as customer service improvement initiatives, and assisting with training and supporting newer team members. The placement gave me valuable real-world experience and allowed me to build confidence working in a busy and professional environment.
