Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.

I would check customer in and out of vehicles, ensure thorough communication was executed to make sure all our customers (retail, insurance, corporate) were made aware of their different processes and what they needed to bring. Would resolve any problems should they occur and work alongside my managers who would help me at times run the day

Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?

Quite a high level, it was increased over time but definitely when I started they helped me integrate at my own time and pace but now have got a high level

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?

It was quite a light hearted environment, it didn’t really feel like I was in an office all the time. It was evenly spread with professionalism and friendly environment

I did have some up and downs but it was overall a very positive experience and made me grown both professionally and personally which I will never take for grated
