Spring Intern Review

Over the course of four days, we were introduced to the bank’s different divisions. Through case studies and presentations, we gained a clear understanding of what each division focuses on, which helped us better tailor our career choices.

It was a highly engaging experience. The sessions were hands-on and fast-paced, keeping me consistently motivated and eager to learn. Through interactive workshops, I developed a strong sense of what working in each specific area would truly involve.

Presentation and public speaking skills were a central focus of the workshops. Over the course of the four days, I felt my ability to communicate clearly and with confidence improve significantly. The programme included frequent feedback sessions and multiple opportunities to refine our performance, which made the learning experience even more valuable.

J.P. Morgan employees were highly approachable and conveyed genuine passion for their work. This created an environment where I felt comfortable asking questions and openly sharing my thoughts and concerns.

It was an extremely enjoyable experience. Without the Spring programme, I wouldn’t have gained such a clear understanding of each role, and that clarity has been key in building my confidence in the path I am now pursuing. The representatives from each division, the HR team, and the other Spring interns were very approachable, creating a comfortable and engaging environment throughout.
