A fantastic apprenticeship that has given valuable real life skills, such as preparing presentations and delivering them to audiences of peers and management. Lots of technical knowledge backed up with interpersonal skills, people management and organisation.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I gained so much exposure to challenging situations, both technically and in terms of managing stakeholders. It was a chance to learn what really makes things happen.

Many- especially presenting challenging evidence to management that may not appreciate the requirements of a safe way of working.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

The regular reviews with my mentor, the regular feedback with my tutor as well as unwavering support from my employer all deserve mention. The one file system helped bring my coursework into a manageable place for me.

Fantastic support, I have been on teams calls on a Friday evening getting things submitted- with my tutor working from home in his own time.
