During the Spring Week at JPMorgan Chase, the key insight was gaining exposure to how different divisions of a global investment bank operate and how they collaborate to deliver solutions to clients.
On a day-to-day basis, this involved attending talks and workshops, completing group case studies, networking with professionals, and gaining basic exposure to financial analysis and real-world business scenarios.

What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
Understanding the business at JPMorgan Chase meant seeing how different divisions; such as investment banking, markets, and asset management—fit together, which made the firm feel much more interconnected than it appears from the outside.
