Data analyst for the enterprise reporting team involves data discovery, modelling and report design using Power BI and writing sql statements.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Validation of everything I've learnt through various roles and re-enforcing my understanding of different analytical techniques and code.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Too many changes in mentors and coaches. Have asked for support from the delivery service but received very little as I struggle to balance the high demand of the job, doing the apprenticeship as well as having a personal life with a young family and many activities outside of work.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

My line manager is very supportive and allows me the time to complete the apprenticeship. Attending the online session has never been an issue, however trying to find protecting time to complete assignments has been difficult.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Too many changes with mentors and approaches to learning etc has meant support has been varied.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It has re-enforced everything I have learnt in my career and made me more confident in using other tools I've had minimal experience with.
