On my project our companies role is as a management contractor. This means my daily activities consist of managing subcontractors progress towards their current programme, cost related events and ongoing target cost management, inspection of quality of works on site, documentation and method reviews, and overall supervision of site safety.

Very well, the current project has had 4 cohorts of apprentices before me so the progression and growth path is clear.

My line manager and wider organisational structure has been proactive to provide me the support I need anytime I ask for it.

I have to be proactive myself, but when you do that they readily provide all support needed.
