Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

5/5
As a apprentice you will rotate between different teams learning the roles and gaining experience doing all of the different processes and get at least a intermediate understanding of all different roles with your final destination being property accounts in which once the apprenticeship is complete you will join permanently as a assistant property accountant

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

5/5
it was great

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

5/5
Many different skills were developed not only technical but also general works skill such as communication and aspects of what expected in the corporate work culture

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

4/5
it would be 5 star but I happened to join the cohort which went through a massive change known as frontier which as we were out of scope of changes we were not as kept in loop as much as other but it was still managed very well and anything that affected us was told to us pretty quickly

How much support do you receive from your employer?

5/5
I haven't had any push back on anything i have asked for i would say they are very supportive of employees

How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

5/5
Again very well

How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

4/5
As my qualification is for the general role of accountancy and I'm doing a specialised form like property accounting it could be better but it definitely helps fill knowledge gaps and i would say is necessary if you want to progress further

Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

5/5
Too many to count there is always something happening

Recommendations & Advice

Would you recommend JLL to a friend?

Yes

Why?

Work Culture is great, Support is great, Office spaces are great, The pay for apprentices is the best i have ever seen and its a great place to have a career

What tips or advice would you give to others applying to JLL?

They are looking for good personality's with a willingness to learn not necessarily the best answers to an interview question. Probably just try your best and don't be too nervous as the interviewers normally try to help you
